Carl F. Meinhardt

DDS, Marquette Dental School, 1981

MS, Marquette Orthodontic Residency

Dr. Meinhardt believes that, “The best thing about being an orthodontist is getting to know my patients over the course of their orthodontic treatment and then seeing those beautiful, big smiles when the braces come off!”

He knew at a rather young age that he wanted to go into a health field and, like his father, chose dentistry. Dr. Meinhardt has a diverse background in dentistry—for 22 years he worked with the Indian Health Service on reservations in Oklahoma, Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin first, as a general dentist and later, as an orthodontist. He now calls Marshfield home and has been with the Dental Clinic of Marshfield since 2004.

His patients will tell you that they notice how much he loves people and how diligently he will work to obtain the best possible results. In June 2011, Dr. Meinhardt continued his service work by volunteering his time providing dental care during the Mission of Mercy event in Wausau.

Dr. Meinhardt is married with two children in college. He enjoys cross-country skiing, bicycling, hiking, fishing, reading, and landscaping.
