James Sobolewski
Family Dentistry, Cosmetic, Endodontics, Dental Implants, Oral Surgery
Northern Michigan University, Basketball Scholarship, Major: Biochemistry. DDS, Marquette University, 1991

During his undergraduate years at NMU, Jim was interested in the medical field. Through a conversation with Carl Rainaldo, D.D.S., Hurley, WI, his family dentist, the seed was planted for a career in dentistry. He never looked back.

Jim’s years of experience practicing dentistry in Central Wisconsin have built a wealth of knowledge to include every type of dental situation. Jim’s background of growing up in the small town of Ironwood, MI set the stage for his passion to connect personally with his patients on an individual level; first in fostering an important trust factor, and then moving into the best way to meet their dental needs.

Jim lives in Wausau, WI with his wife, and daughters Ava and Camille. He enjoys family life and supporting his daughters in their academics and extracurricular activities. His favorite “hobby” is to gather with family and friends at the lake in the Northwoods where, on many occasions, he is content to just relax and be serenaded by the song of the loons.

Jim welcomes all patients to his practice. It is his long-standing professional knowledge as well as his calm, caring demeanor that translates into providing an exceptional comfort level for his patients during every dental visit.
