DMD, Southern Illinois University, 1988
Dr. Mueller chose his profession because he enjoyed science and was encouraged by his childhood dentist to explore dentistry as a possible career. During his 21-year career with the Dental Clinic of Marshfield, he has enjoyed building long-term relationships with his patients. Dr. Mueller believes it’s a privilege to be entrusted to care for a very important aspect of his patient’s overall health—their dental care.
An active member of the community, Dr. Mueller serves on the Board of Directors of St. Joseph’s hospital, the Marshfield Youth Hockey Association, and travels with North Ridge Church of Marshfield’s church to El Salvador to provide dental care to the poor.
If you asked Dr. Mueller’s staff and patients to describe him, you might hear words like honest, gentle, compassionate, easy to talk to, proud of his family—and passionate about providing the very best dental care. He remains interested in family and general dentistry, but with an emphasis on cosmetic dentistry and full dental reconstruction.
He enjoys spending time with his wife Barb and their five children. He loves his leisure time at their cabin and running, biking, backpacking—anything outdoors!
Dr. Mueller’s dental tip for patients: “Your dental health impacts every aspect of your life—psychologically, socially, and medically. Appreciating and carefully maintaining your dental health will reward you for a lifetime.”
